West Elm is a scam - poor customer service. Terrible customer service and process! Trying to cancel an order with them less than two days after the order was placed is the worst. I was literally told by CS on 9/22 that the order and item was from their "vendor" and not West Elm and they couldn't get a response from their vendor.May 31, 2022 · West Elm sucks I was charged over $1400 with a delivery charge and I have no hope of ever receiving my merchandise.
